SHOULD PHARMACISTS BE ALLOWED TO PRESCRIBE IN NIGERIA?

Please have a look at the pictures below. The first picture is a blood pressure reading of someone walking around without any 'illness/symptoms'. This blood pressure levels will definitely lead to a stroke and perhaps death. It may also have resulted in permanent damage to the kidneys resulting in the need for a kidney transplant.

I am thinking aloud using these two pictures. What should a pharmacist do when someone with this blood pressure reading is detected at the pharmacy in a rural setting or in an urban setting in Nigeria? High blood pressure kills.
